Hello Teacher Applicants,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing you today because you’ve applied for a teaching position at my school in downtown Toronto and I’ve reviewed your resume and would like to meet with you virtually on Zoom to discuss how we might work together this summer. We have had several groups of students from Europe and South America enroll in our programs within the last few days. As a result, I have several teaching positions in two programs available:
Sol Camps Teacher (Teenager summer camp with an English language focus located at St. Michael’s College at U of T). I’m looking to hire 4-5 people for at least a 3 week commitment starting next week.
Unfortunately, I have a few non-negotiable items so if you’re unable to agree to these, then meeting would likely be a waste of time for both parties.

Must be available Monday – Friday from 8:45am – 12:45pm minimum.
Must be available to start on Monday July 17.
Must be able to arrive on time to either location everyday.
In an effort to be efficient and have staff in place for next week, I will be conducting 15 minute Zoom interviews today (Friday, July 14) between 10:00am – 3:00pm. If you are still interested in a teaching position, please let me know when you can meet. Remember, when choosing what time, please think of the 15 minute increments from 10am - 3pm. (Example 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45, 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, etc. until 3:00pm). Include 4 different meeting times in preferential order. Once I receive your time request, I will confirm by creating a zoom meeting link and sending it to your email.
I look forward to hearing from you. If you can’t make it to the meeting, please suggest another day and time, but keep in mind I do want to have staffing in place before this Sunday.
