PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Under the responsibility of the Design Manager, the candidate will have to work closely with all design teams and departments, purchasing and product development managers. The holder must ensure the proper logistics of the samples and their maintenance.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Keep the sample library in order and up to date;
  • Put on support and ensure the classification of all samples that will be purchased during the season and this, for all product divisions;
  • Support and rank all samples that will be received during the season for all product divisions;
  • Organize the wardrobe and the samples used during the day, as requested;
  • Support the design team in various sample requests such as collection presentation meetings, color search by sample and/or styling etc.;
  • Take pictures of each new sample received, file it in the system and the place it in the closet;
  • Register each new sample on the given Software as well as the TAG which relates to the clothes, given by the design manager;
  • Master the sample software and know how to use the TAGs for each garment to be able to locate them at any time.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma and or equivalent;
  • Good sense of organization;
  • Good management of priorities;
  • Administrative base;
  • Basic Bilingualism (written and spoken);
  • Basic command of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook;
  • Thoroughness.
