We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
This person will excel at developing and sustaining meaningful relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers for the purpose of assisting with the delivery of a strong talent pipeline for roles across the company. Job Description:
- Recruiter will search, identify and select job candidates using multiple sourcing tools such as job boards, direct search and social media to find qualified candidates
- Telephone and video screen prospective candidates for temp, temp to hire or direct hire roles
- Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the manager
Job requirements:
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking.
- Have excellent computer skills
- Must have strong organizational, administrative & documentation skills
- Be able to meet weekly & monthly submission metrics
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
