RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an excellent guest experience ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived
- Demonstrate knowledge of our menu, take orders efficiently, describe daily specials, and upsell
- Follow Smartserve guidelines for responsible alcohol service
- Must be team-oriented and communicate well with other staff as well as the management team
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program.
Experience & Key Attributes
- Minimum of one year of experience serving or bartending (preferred)
- Must have Smartserve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible shifts and part-time shifts on the weekends
