We are looking for a professional individual with a friendly attitude that carries the ability to multitask with daily responsibilities whilst providing our customers with the utmost customer service as they enter our dealership. As the first point in contact at our dealership, this individual must carry themself in a positive, respectable, and formal appearance whilst at work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building and calling in
- Greet customers entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet them
- Operate a high volume multiline phone system and manage calls by redirecting them to the appropriate extensions or taking messages when necessary
- Receive and Distribute Sales Calls in an appropriate manner whilst following guidelines and inputting inquires in the system
- Accept deliveries for the mail and schedule package pick ups
- Maintain the reception area and the waiting room, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Vehicle Licensing, filing, data entry, booking occasional appointments and other clerical duties may apply as required
- Maintain general knowledge of dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers/walk ins requesting information
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees and management within a team environment
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work
- Computer Proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment & multitask
- Licensing experience is preferred
