Receptionist


 

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Light Cleaning is required.

Good work ethic, and demonstrating the ability to think on your feet is a must.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $14.00-$29.34 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Winnipeg, MB R3P 0N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
