Hi! We're Kulin (pronounced Koo • lin), a digital marketing agency focused on helping build scalable strategies across all channels. We are looking for a Growth Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day ad account management across paid social channels and Google Ads for 4-6 brands we work with. The successful candidate will report to our Associate Director of Growth Strategy. This is a full-time, remote position within Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day builds and maintenance of ad accounts across 4-6 brands.
- You will be leading on routine (weekly, monthly) reporting processes for your accounts.
- You will share performance updates and insights from your accounts with your project team.
- You will support overall account strategy, collaborating with seniors managers and directors.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 1-3 years of experience managing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads
- A HUGE interest in eCommerce and DTC brands
- Resourceful problem solver and strong troubleshooter
- A desire to always be learning new things
- Desire to empower and contribute to the growth and success of clients
- Results-focused with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines with support from Account Managers, Senior Growth Managers and Directors
- Strong copywriter, with an ability to come up with creative ideas for ads
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work as a part of a team
- Receptive to feedback
